• Coaching Services: Melo Mvmt offers one-on-one private dance coaching sessions either in-person or online. Each coaching session includes personalized training plans and follow-up video reviews.
• Other offerings: are online video or print training tools available for access during the duration of a subscription service and not ongoing thereafter
• Pricing: The pricing for our services is outlined on our website and is subject to change at our discretion. All prices are quoted in Canadian Currency and are exclusive of taxes or additional fees unless otherwise stated.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Payment Terms: All payments for services are processed through Stripe and must be made in full before services are rendered.
• Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on services already rendered. If you cancel a session, we may offer a rescheduled date depending on availability and at our discretion. For program purchases, please refer to the specific refund policy outlined at the point of purchase.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring that all information you provide to us is accurate and up-to-date.
• Preparing for your sessions, including reviewing the personalized training plans we provide.
• Following the instructions given during the coaching sessions for the best results.

You acknowledge that your success in achieving results depends on your commitment to the training program and that Melo Mvmt cannot guarantee specific results.

7. Injury Liability

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the risk of injury inherent in physical activity, including dance. Melo Mvmt is not liable for any injuries that occur during your participation in any coaching session, whether in-person or online. We strongly encourage you to consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new physical activities or exercise programs.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Melo Mvmt, its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your participation in our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, videos, logos, trademarks, and course materials, provided by Melo Mvmt is the property of Melo Mvmt and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from our website or services without our express written consent.
