The Dancer’s Class - Training Program
This is a holistic training experience to help you fully step into your identity as a dancer — technically, physically, and artistically. Inside, we focus on four pillars:

Guided meditations, creative journal prompts, and mindset coaching to build the confidence of an intentional, expressive artist.
💪 THE BODY:
Targeted conditioning for core, legs, flexibility, and alignment — helping you develop strength, balance, and fluidity in your movement.
🧍♀️ THE SKILLS:
Universal technical drills (foot placement, weight transfers, posture, arms, spins) to sharpen your lines, clean up your execution, and carry over into any dance style.
💃 THE DANCE:
Each week we build on core salsa movement — starting with foundational steps like the swing step and layering in variations, style, and flow.
It’s like a modeling class for dancers — and the lab where your signature movement is born.
What’s Included in The Dancer’s Class:
This signature program blends salsa technique with full-body conditioning, musicality training, and artistic expression. With weekly modules focused on body awareness, clean lines, and movement intention, you'll build the confidence and clarity to move like the dancer you know you are.
Technical video breakdowns of key body movements, including:
- Footwork and strengthening exercises
- Hip action
- Chest and shoulder isolation
- Arm styling
- Guided practice on how to connect full-body movement
